I specialize in athletic development, in particular for mixed martial artists, through systematically designed progressive resistance training programs. Utilizing The Optimum Performance Training Model (OPT), the evidence based methodology developed by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) to develop athletes in a safe and timely manner. In addition A.T.P. incorporates the elements of nutrition and recovery in order to strategically increase your performance.

I’m a physics graduate and certified personal trainer, I compete in wrestling, boxing and aim to begin start mixed martial art competitions as well. Through periodization of integrated training
I continue to increase athletic performance at a safe and accelerated rate: All of which are being accomplished even though experiencing two major injuries, non-fitness related to which I personally attribute my recovery and longevity to integrated training.
