Intense Training
           Professional Training Partner 

 

This is a 6 week in person program constructed appropriate milestones in resistance training, nutrition and recovery: This program requires the attendance of three 30min sessions per week in which I develop healthier nutrition and recovery habits.

This is a 12 week program in which I guide anyone around the world, with intermissions! We will have 30min consultation every week dedicated to your progress both in and out of the gym. 

           Consultations

Options are for 30min 

  1. Workout Session: perform a proper training plan that incorporates proper acute variables for your goal.

  2. Nutrition Consultation: I help improve and outline clear goals for your nutrition based on the principle of quantity-quality-timing.

  3. Performance Analyze: I evaluate your biomechanics of an exercise to develop a training protocol or recommend assisting exercise.

           S.T.E.M. TUTOR

 

A 45min appointment at public location of your convenience: Diamond Bar, Fullerton, Anaheim and Corona, Riverside. I tutor students between high school and college level. Subjects of expertise are physics, math and chemistry. Feel free to give me a call, leave a short voicemail so I may get back  as soon as available.
